"Now with Luke [Walton] and Lamar [Odom] out for that time period, I really think we're almost forced to use him for those early minutes in the ballgame and hoping he can give us something in the process."

ouch Vlad. lol. Vladdy is Phil's new whipping boy now that Kwame's gone.

He's been Phil's whipping boy since the snowboarding incident.

Radman looks frustrated on the court and almost cost us the game last night. The senseless technical foul on Jeff Foster, which also got Fisher a T, and then blowing coverage and leaving Mike Dunleavy WIDE OPEN for that tying 3 pointer.

For some reason Radman sprinted to the paint when the ballhandler for the Pacers wasn't even penetrating. It allowed Dunleavey to take one step behind the 3 point arc and he drained the shot. Why is Radman even out there during those moments? :dunno:

I think Luke would be an asset to a younger team. Character wise he's what you want from a player because he's unselfish, accepts his role, and picks things up quickly. He has playoff experience and had a nice run against the Nuggets last year in Round 1.

I just don't think he's what the Lakers need for their title run because of his limitations on the court.

It didn't get Fisher a T, did it? I thought Fisher just committed a personal foul.

Foster should've been T'd up, as well.

I thought Fisher also got a T on the play because he stepped into the mix? Maybe it was just a personal foul, but fortunatley Dunleavy bricked one of his free throws.

I'm pretty sure it was just the original foul that was whistled before that Radman/Foster altercation.

It was stupid of Radman, but I think he got screwed by the refs. 9 out of 10 times that is a Double T.

Holy crap, I had the game tivoed so I rewound that play to see exactly wtf he was doing...

So obviously we should have focused on defending the 3 on that play. You see vlad within 5 feet of Dunleavy. Then you see Sasha chasing his man down below the basket. At this point time has passed and IND has to put up the shot. All of a sudden Vlad decides he should be guarding the guy Sasha is and runs down to under the basket. Sasha is still there too because his back was to Vlad so he couldnt see he wanted to pull this IDIOTIC switch. Right about the time Dunleavy was shooting the three is when Vlad gets Sasha attention, and you see Vlad point at Dunleavy as in "go guard him"....WTF?!?

How the fuck do you decide to leave a three point shooter at the three point line to try and switch to a player 20 feet away and UNDER THE BASKET?!? Even if Dunleavy isnt supposed to be the guy you are guarding you have to stick next to him because they need a 3!! How the fuck can he not get that. Who cares if you would get burned on a dribble drive because he wont try to do that because he is smart and knows they need a three! Even if amazingly they pulled off the switch without getting burned, you still want the taller Vlad guarding the three rather than Sasha!

    Fucking Space Cadet

Yeah, usually the refs will take the easy way out and do the double T, but when they looked at the video they saw it was all Vlad Rad and saw Foster puzzled (rightfully so) on why the space cadet was pissed. Foster put his arms up and pretty much said "are you serious?!?"...because he realized Vlad is a moron
