Amare has started playing one on one games and he played Tskitishvili in practice. They will take him slowly up to 2 on 2, 3 on 3 and soon he will be able to play in a full practice. Probably in less than 2 weeks.

It was also fun seeing Duncan destroy Amare and the rest of the spurs destroy the suns interior defense.

I wonder who won the game between Amare and Tskitishvili. :g:

It went to 6 games, overtime. How can you say that? A mental breakdown within the 4th quarter blew our chance at a 7th game. By far not a domination by Suns.
If Joe Johnson didn't get injured that 2nd game wouldn't have gone down to Q's miss at the buzzer. It would've been 5, but the games that we didn't have JJ at all we were 3-1. Domination. And you guys supposedly had a lot of depth too and we played most of the series with 4 good players(JJ injured and Q playing like trash the WHOLE playoffs). And I can still bring that up until you guys actually challenge us this year when it matters.

They said Amare is now ready to start 5-on-5 games. I saw him playing with Pat Burke yesturday on the Arizona Sports Report. He's still playing slow and cautiously but he did dunk it a couple times. I hope he recovers well from that injury.
Here's a video of Amare practicing. Nice thing to see... mms://phxsuns.wmod.llnwd.net/a205/o2/stoudemire_060228.wmv
Wow. The suns will have Amare back soon. Amare might be playing like Kurt Thomas for the first month so I don't see much improvement since Kurt just went out. Phoenix will be tough once again come playoff time if they keep everyone else healthy. A front line of Amare, Diaw, and Marion will be tough to play against.
I actually think we will be a little worse for the first 2 or 3 weeks. Then we will get it together. I want to see a Suns-Mavs WCF.
I don't think they'll be worse. Amare is coming back very cautiously, and will be close o 100% come his first game. Of course he wont be in the groov his first few games, but he'll help them out almost immediately
Well I think like at the beggining of the season they will have some trouble with their chemistry and also he will be getting playing time and he won't be that great at the beggining.
