Someone pointed this out to me earlier today, I thought it was pretty cool. Our starting defensive linemen are Parker (FA), Bunkley (1st round), Patterson (1st round), and Cole (5th round) Starting linebackers are Gocong (3rd round), Bradley (3rd round), and Jordan (undrafted FA signing) Starting secondary is Samuel (FA), Brown (2nd round), Dawkins (1st round), and Mikell (undrafted FA signing). Backup secondary is Hanson (undrafted FA) and Lito (2nd round). 9/11 of our starters are our draft picks or undrafted signings. Basically our whole secondary is made up of draft picks. I don't really know if most teams are similar, but I think this attests to how well the Eagles have drafted and scouted talent. I thought this was pretty cool.
Dude, I pointed this out a while ago. Criticize Andy Reid's coaching all you want, but he's an excellent evaluator of talent.
Maybe defensively, but certainly not at the WR position. Historically, he's constantly picked WR and failed miserably at picking the right one.
