Ugh, this is retarded, they have enough attacking talent, they need someone to build a team around, Essien, Gerrard, Terry etc.
It says in there somewhere that the move is being driven by the owners, meaning I don't have to lose faith in Mark Hughes, because, I mean, come on.

If it's true it's going to happen. Way to much money to refuse.

It all depends on whether Kaka wants to leave. No club would turn down a bid like this. Good job on the activity guys.

But he's a footballer, money isn't an object to him, he's a top footballer, he needs trophies.

Yeah, he was saying before that he only wants to be at a club that has the same goals and ambitions as he does. Milan are falling behind the pack a little bit, but he should stay. The first few seasons for City will be frustrating because they will expect to break the top four immediately.

If it is true that the owners are pushing for this transfer, then they need Mark Hughes to give more of an input, because Wayne Bridge, as good as he may be, is a left back, he cannot influence the rest of the team, they don't have a CM in Gerrard/ Essien quality, they've got Dunne/ Richards at the back, which is good enough but they need a decent CM.

Yeah, true. They need a lot of new players. A good left winger would be good too.

Kaka stays in Milan imo. He has won many trophies there, has great players around him and is an icon on the team, just like Pipo Inzaghi, Maldini etc. Plus Man city's history fails miserably compared to Milan.

Very much so. Kaka is almost the figurehead of Milan. If he moved to City, he'd just be some fan boy favorite. Plus, we don't even know how he will adapt to the English style.

It'll be a grim day for football if City sign him, Kaka is a very loyal footballer to AC Milan and if they prise him away then they can prise anyone away from any club,

Thinking about it City are going to pay a tenth of a billion pounds for ONE players services :O

Breaking News: SSN: AC are considering big (c. £107m/€120m) offer from Man City
Interesting Mark Hughes didn't say he was interested in having Kaka at the club.
