Hell, I'd definitely take Jarret, Telfair, Koponen, an old Steve Kerr or McInnis then Sergio. He's garbage.
Did I hear Harvey say a couple weeks for Blake to come back with a grade 1 shoulder separation? yikes..
Okay, first of my Mom doesn't play ball, but if she did there's no way Bayless could stay in front of her. He is a picker's dream, never met a pick that didn't stop him. Second, don't dis steals because that's the only defense Bayless has shown yet this year is the occasional steal.
Interesting bit of trivia for you (or maybe not). Rick Brunson also played for the Adelaide 36ers, just as Luke Schenscher does now.
Do you wear glasses? Are they fogged up? Bayless is always fighting through screens. Sergio and his el matador defense sure is tenacious. Letting Dalembert go in for the dunk and running out of his way like a little girl sure does take balls. He wouldn't want to break a nail or anything. Steals can be a good thing, but when your a gambler, i.e. Sergio, it's not a good thing because if he doesn't get the steal, his guy has nobody on him.
Neither should start. Bayless is still raw and Sergio just isn't that good. PG: Roy SG: Batum SF: Outlaw PF: Aldridge C: Oden Run with this starting 5 and see how it goes.
So who gets the start now? Sergio or Bayless? As much as he's sucking... I'd still give it to Sergio to see if he can get any semblence of confidence back. We need both of them, and I think we'd get the same with Jerryd whether he came off the bench or started. Sergio needs someone to show some faith in him.
That Roy/Batum/Outlaw/Frye/Aldridge lineup that essentially destroyed our run was a pretty good call by Nate. I also appreciated him sitting Oden on the bench from the 7:03 mark in the third quarter and on.
Nate wanted offense, but that didn't really make sense to me, since Roy was taking all the shots anyways...
Especially when Greg was +5 tonight.. he was starting to show some grit when he got taken out. And hahah.... Antonio just forgot Sergio's name in the postgame. Took him like 10 seconds to remember a player on the team he covers.
