Source: NBA.com I found it odd the official site of the NBA would break this story, but the Yao-TMac experiment has run its course.
No quotes from Yao. Not that I think Yao would be that outspoken about an issue like this. If it's true, who would sell out the Rockets? Artest, Rafer, could it be Steve Francis?
Yea, but they squashed the beef a few days later. The only person who is close to Yao and and distant from McGrady is Steve Francis. I think their might have been some tension between Francis and T-Mac last year. The reporter who started this rumor said he had a close source who was in the know. The only player that comes to is Francis. I apologize if this post didn't make sense. I just got back from the gym and I'm too tired to fix it.
Geez people related to the NBA got some big mouths. I think a good few of the Rockets' players probably want Tmac gone, so it's really no secret nor any much of a surprise. However the fact that these "sources" close to the players are ratting them out like this... what bitches. They're only creating more friction for the future. If I were Yao, I'd probably know who that person is.. and probably disconnect him/her forever cus obviously they have no interest other than gossip and ruin your team's chemistry. With that said, if it wasn't for the low stock value Tmac has right now, I'd want him gone ASAP as well.
I said the same thing at the beginning of the season. But yeah Yao tried to denounce the rumors after the game the other night, but it was something about his expression that said "I'm lying to cover my ass," lol. I totally understand the teams pain though, and I do believe these "rumors" are true as hell...............................go rockets!.......i guess.............
