I think that Brand is doing what he's always done, his team has just gotten ebtter, Then again, the same can be said for Nowitzki. Team success is a big factor in MVP balloting, and whether Brand is as big a reason for the Clippers success as some think, he still will be at the top of the ballots

Who do you guys think will win the 6th man of the year award?Mike Miller- If you disagree with him watch some Grizzlie's games the Grizz play so well with him in the line-up. He adds such a spark off the bench. One thing I noticed with him this season is not only has he improved his defense tremendously he is becoming a great passer.Alonzo Mourning- 7 points 6 boards not bad in 20 minutes. The man is averaging about 3 blockers per game off the bench! If I remember right he is leading the league in blocks. He is the hands down leader off the bench for the Heat.

Eddie House - The guy has not started a game this year, yet still puts in 10 points per game. The guy is a vital part of the Suns offence, playing Point Guard for Steve Nash at times, while playing with him at times. In both situations, Eddie brings a scoring mentality, scoring 10 points per game in 18 minutes. He is very efficent, shoots decent percentages when taking into consideration his style of play (jump shooter), and has actually changed some games this year. Yes he benifits from Steve Nash, but most 6th men are there to benifit and support the team, not star for it. House has been as consistent and efficient as any 6th man this year, and is a big part of the Suns success

I think 6th man, in my opinion, will be Mo Williams of Milwaukee. He is putting up great numbers for them off the bench and has had a terrific season for the Bucks helping TJ Ford and Redd in the backcourt..

^Eddie House is too streaky. He's not dependable enough to get. it. 6th man should go to a solid contributor. So i think it should go to Mike Miller or Mo Williams. Mo has been out for a while, so my vote goes to Mike. Caron would've won it if Jarvis Hayes didn't get injured.

He's won us at least 5 games in the 4th quarter. He's my favorite player. [IMG]

i never said he was bad, he's just too inconsistent in my eyes to get the award. I think the 6th man should be solid for any team.
