    My thoughts as well, and if the Blazers do make the playoffs, I will bet that Bayless will have more of an impact than he will have in the regular season.

    The ability to get to the rim is becoming a real key to success in the NBA, Roy already does it, and Bayless is showing the ability in flashes right now.

    It's one reason I think the Kings can still win games this year. Both Salmons and Martin are top-level penetrator; if they get some defense and rebounding in Sacto the Kings would be decent.

    Right now? Probably not, unless Bayless keeps playing like that. In the near future? Absolutely.

    Should have been from day 1 IMO. Blake has been great, but I think he'd be better with the second unit.
