I was wondering why he was out so long with a simple knee contusion, but apparently he had a flu to deal with at about the same time which made the recovery period last longer. In a video interview, he also said that being in an airplane made his knee swell up which made things more complicated.

With how well Bargnani is playing for you guys lately I would say make JO come off the bench. JO shouldn't cut into Bargs minutes right now

I tell you what, with all this talk about the need to trade JO because of the potential distraction, this was real nice to read:

The dude's still professional, even if he might not be with us for the long-term. If he plays, he definitely won't be starting. This talk of him encouraging Andrea in practices is awesome. If there's one thing I've loved about that trade, its the positive impact JO's had on Bargs.

TJ said the same thing, these guys know the drill when it comes to the media, I know I am being real cynical but I'd like to see what happens a few weeks down the road. See if JO still feels the same way.

Yeah, very professional. Its been nice to see him on the bench supporting the team throughout his injury. Oh, that's right, he's fucked off and done his own thing during games, including home games. Nice.

That bothered me so much that hes never on the bench when injured. I know he had the flu but not the whole time. Not cool at all
