I'm watching the Orlando-Houston game right now with no one announcing. All you can hear is the sounds of the game, and the announcer in the stadium. It's pretty cool. You don't see any stats or anything, but you don't hear any biased commentators either. If you have NBA TV you should tune in.

^^haha, i thought about saying that, but i was a little embarassed. I don't talk out loud, but i just think about what's going on as if the announcer is saying it.

i also like how they picked this game to do it, Mcgrady back in Orlando, with the mics you can really hear the fans booing him loudly

I have been watching it to see what it would be like but I honestly found it quite boring. I think the announcers make it more exciting to watch. Anyway Houston is ripping Orlando.

^yeah, and you wouldn't have to hear Walt Frazier's annoying voice. He sounds like a retard. He talks so slow. [IMG]

I don't know why you guys like this so much. WHen I am watching it, I feel like I am the only one watching it, to hear an announcer calling the plays it makes it feel more exciting to me. And I couldn't live without Chuck Swirsky's weird quotes"Get out the Salami and Cheese, mama. This ball game is over""Onions, Baby""Put some cheese on that salami sandwich"lol"P

I was at the Wolves game so I couldn't see it, but it sounds like a great idea. I wish I would have taped it.

This happend to me also. On ABC this morning the Cavs Pistons game, on HD you could only hear the croud, but on regular you could hear the guys. But I dont think this was like the Orlando/Houston game, obviously mine was a technical error
