Well do you think the Heat can win it all this year?It seems every year there chances are going down,Shaq is getting old and although Dwayne is still on the rise I highly doubt he can win without a dominant big man.If they don't win it in the next 2-3 years what do you think will become of them?
It all depends on how things go the rest of the year. Like little things, will Shaq play good in the playoffs and in the post season, or if Wade will be able to be clutch in the "Big Games." They have the talent to do it, I just do not know if it will be this year.
Shaq is just about done. Hopefully if we stay healthy I think and we can give it a shot. But we will find out I guess. It will be interesting.
The team will go as far as Shaq takes them. You know Wade will be huge but Shaq is the unknown due to his age.
Shaq wont last forever. There gonna need to start looking ahead for another big center. If they can wrap up Wade after his rookie contract runs out, they still can be a decent team, just work around Wade because everyone elce is just average players

Other than Dwayne..I actually think Dwade has more potential than anyone in the NBA..When he develops a jump shot..WOW he'll be somethin..
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (WELCOMEtotheJUNGLE @ Mar 14 2006, 02:30 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>any team with Antoine Walker will not win a championship</div>Well I wouldn't go that far but Walker has had an inconsistent jumper, poor decision maker, and poor defense but his role is coming off the bench which can't hurt the Heat as much.
I think one of the major things hurting the Heat this year is that they are just way too slow. When they play up tempo teams like the Nuggets, Suns, and Mavericks, they have a hard time not getting blown out, let alone actually winning. If they face any team like these in the finals, the Heat just won't be able to run with them for a seven game series. With the team assembled now, i don't see the Heat ever winning a championship. Shaq and Wade are good to have, but they need younger, faster guys on the team. Not older slower guys like Walker, and Payton.
They are doing great at the moment. What they lack is a consistent squad that can dominate. It looks like they are finally coming together. Shaq will be fine. This is the year for the Heat, IMO. If they don't win it all this year, I can't see it happening in the coming years.
