I love Kareem and I love how he continues to work with Bynum. Obviously Andrew has struggled a bit during the last couple of games, and many, including myself have been critical of him. But keep in mind the guy's only 21 years old. Players his age usually want to go for the fancy plays and score as many points as possible. He's going through a little slump, but it's nothing he shouldn't be able to work himself out of. Like Kareem said, Bynum has always been good on the glass, he just hasn't been putting 110% effort out there.

Barring injury, Bynums peak is still six years away....It sucks, but I can deal with growing pains in md season

Kareem's seeing the same problems we've all noticed from Drew.

    1. Learning to move without the basketball
    2. Look for outlet passes after a rebound
    3. Get more active on the glass

At least these are all quick fixes and Bynum has shown all along he's willing to work and listen.
