Quote To Note: “I watch this team (on TV) a lot. I’m a fan of basketball. If I’m at home and they’re playing, I watch them. I love the young guys on this team. They’re very good and very talented. Brandon (Roy) is unbelievable—we all know that. LaMarcus (Aldridge) is good, and Rudy (Fernandez) is going to be really good. (Kevin) Pritchard has done a great job assembling a great team, and Nate McMillan has these guys ready to play every night.”—LeBron James, assessing the Trail Blazers.

Nice! As much as some people hate him, I don't know why i'm so drawn to LBJ. He is def. one of my favorite players outside the Blazers, and in my eyes is all alone as the best in the game, and will be for the next 10 years (and was last year also). We haven't seen anything like LeBron for a while... even MJ didn't dominate like this, this early.

WHAT??? Lebrons a basketball fan and likes to watch the Blazers? Wait until we get a new coach and move 10 scrubs off this team and then we'll be something to watch. Until then we'll have to put up losing 40% of our games. And shame on you King James for speaking out of turn.

I like Lebron a lot because he is classy. There have been lots of stars who are on the edge of human filth, but Lebron is about the opposite.

I only dislike Lebron when we play against him. He's a pretty stand up guy, has a good sense of humor (as can be seen by a lot of his commercials) and, IMO, is the best player today. God dang he hit some ridiculous shots the other night.

Hey Lebron... I think a position may have just opened up at SF. The job's yours if you want it...

    Hello darkness, my old friend
Jordan and James are the best two players I've seen in my lifetime. I loved watching Jordan and I love watching James. The fact that James doesn't come across like a jerk is a bonus. I enjoy watching Kobe play, but he definitely comes across as an unpleasant sort of person, to me.

I hope James stays in Cleveland and becomes as associated with the Cavaliers as MJ did with the Bulls.

A week ago weren't you all saying Fuck LeBron and calling him a punk with a big ego when he said the Miles situation was handled wrong?

I'm sure some did, but not me. I love watching LeBron. I love watching Kobe too, but LeBron's my favorite non-Blazer. Of course I'm going to boo him when we play the Cavs, but you can't help but appreciate the great basketball that he plays.

I thought it, but I didn't say it, so it doesn't count.

But as far as I'm concerned, he's a no-good worthless punk until he joins the blazers.

Believe it or not, it is possible to disagree with someone without insulting him/her.

James is wrong on Miles. He is not a punk. He probably has a big ego, most elite athletes do.

I have never said Fuck LeBron and have no idea who "you all" is.

nope... you're Miles from on target with this observation. There are a lot of posters on the Blazer site, and a lot of opinions. Collectively we vary.
