Here I will compile a list of all the rumors that surround our wonderful and prestigious club. It will be fun to see which comes are true!
Weird, during the summer Andrei Arshavin was going to be the star in the market and was rumored to cost around 40 million euros.
Arshavin is rumoured to be about £17m as ME said, which puzzles me because Arsenal offered about £12m direct and £4m in add-ons. And Richards would be a pretty good signing, but where would he go, no way would he oust Sagna from the RB Position.
Rumor has it the new deal is £15m with £3m in add-ons. Richards would be good and he can also fill the CB role. Yes. I think that was a rumor Zenit put into the media - They're a bunch of stingy bastards.
I've always been extremely high on Micah Richards. He's young and has alot of upside. One of the future great defenders of England IMO. I wouldn't mind him coming to Real. Yeah the Zenit media said over the summer when it was rumored that Barcelona wanted Arshavin that they would give them Arshavin if they got Messi. I laughed when I saw that.
Shame about the Richards rumor. I would love to see N'Zogbia at Arsenal as he will give us some depth on the wings, and the Arshavin deal is still on!
Yeah, we were linked with David Villa recently. And Arsenal just reported a rise in profits for this month.
The Villa rumours have been going for over a year now. He'd be pretty expensive, I dunno if it will happen. Especially with Liverpool seeming like a better fit.
Yeah, I would like to see in the an Arsenal shirt, of course. I'm not sure 'Pool have the funds but we will see what happens.
Villa price is ridiculous and personally I think it's not worth it. Real went after him over the summer and Valencia asked for 50 million AND Higuain, which is way to much for a 28 year old.
He's worth more to the bats than anyone else, but I think what matters more is what he wants. I don't think he wants to keep wasting years on a go-nowhere Italian team. If he forces their hand, they'll sell him, and for a lot less than that.
I think that is more than Arsenal is going to spend on any one player for the foreseeable future, what with the recent AA transfer and the stadium costs. Also, why isn't Arsenal looking for a goalkeeper? If there is one position they never seem to be rumoured to be looking into, its the one they probably need most.
