I noticed you didn't say anything until after the game was over. What's the matter, no confidence in your team?
Aw.... Lol well he gets heat for the Eagles, but from what I can remember since July 2006, Brian has always been around the LA board and he lives in Cali. I don't know what he did before that, but he seems cool to me.
I'll go ahead and say it; KG is a total scumbag, and it'll be funny seeing them get wooped by either LA or Cavs in the postseason. We wouldn't even be talking about this had Bynum and Ariza been healthy last year. Guess Celtics fans should cling to this title, it'll be their last for another two decades.
The Lakers haven't even peaked yet this season. The Celtics lost two key players to their championship team, while the Lakers have Bynum & Ariza back. Bynum's length clearly bothered the Celtics interior defense especially when their second unit came in. The Celtics will need another big man with length to compete with the Lakers.
The Lakers will need luck + the refs to compete with the Celtics and Cavs. There I said it. End of conversation/. Bye.
I figured you Lakers fans would have learned your lesson after last year. I could see Cleveland fans saying this shit, because they actually challenged us, but you guys were a piece of cake. Maybe with Bynum, you guys will only lose by 20 in the clincher instead of 40 like last year. All your naive confidence does is prove how out of whack your priorities are as fans. You're so excited about having one less loss and a win over us in January that you think that's enough to win the title for you. Luckily for the rest of the league, your team thinks exactly like your fans and they're going to lay another egg in the Finals, if they're lucky enough to even get there again. Beat us when it really matters, then talk.
Lol if we're lucky enough to get there? Are you kidding me? The west is a cake walk for us dude. There is nobody in the west that can take us to past 6 games. We'll beat SA in no more than 6, probably 5. Denver in 5 at the most, New Orleans in 5 at the most. The West blows compared to us. We've got a better shot at making it back than you do. You seem a little pissed. Sounds like L.A. is getting under your skin. You can have all the confidence you want, but there is no way your team can hang with us if we're healthy in a 7 game series. We'd take you in 6.
Lakers were favored to come out of the West prior to beating the Celtics on XMAS day. It was a small conselation victory for Laker fans after losing in the Finals last year and I'm sure the players were happy to get a little revenge. I think you're wrong about the Lakers overlooking anyone. It was clear last year they weren't mentall focused or prepared to deal with the Celtics, but this season the mental approach has been completely different. Having been there the team knows what it takes now to win it all, and if we are healthy I can't see any team in the league capable of beating us in a 7 game series. Not to mention the Celtics aren't as deep w/o Posey & PJ.
