Good point on Lee. Nellie would probably play him mostly at Center (as a back up I guess) because he loves his 6'5" PF players too much. Lee would be an Al Harrington 3pt shooter guarding Yao.

As far as defense, Battier would be great and he can shoot well enough to stay on the floor. But I'd still rather see Randolph/Wright. I'm probably dreaming there, though. Maybe we can trade Randolph/Wright for Kurt Thomas, lol.

David Lee is like a SF/PF Drew Gooden type. You know what that means? Nellie plays him at starting center and we wonder why we can't protect the inside... I really wish Nelly would use more conventional lineups so that we could use a player like David Lee at his natural position and use a true center of at least the qualities of an Andris Biedrins (defense, shotblocking, length).

I think Lee could be a starter worth the money depending on whether he grows aspects of his game. I mean he could have "Jrich" type impact to a team. I mean not a franchise or all-star type of talent, but definitely helps a team out and makes the game exciting. Lee was pretty awesome in the rookie-sophmore game. He's got potential.
