It was so cold in Denver today that the snow that fell came down in little curds. It looked like it was snowing styrofoam.
I'm so bummed I missed this winter in Portland. Snow is no big deal here in Colorado. Conversely, I've never seen a prettier place than the Willamette Valley covered in snow.
Train tracks are buckling due to the heat. We've got a hot northerly blowing in from the outback (desert). It's like a fan forced oven outside.
