    Trying to put aside your Lakers' bias, do you feel Gasol should be in the ASG? If he doesn't make it, I think it'll be a huge snub.

    yes, I really do...I know its just forwards, not SF, or PF, but I think Dirk is the only better PF in the west who isnt on the team yet

    I think Dirk and Durant will be the F selections, and Jefferson will be the C selection. Gasol could get in as a wildcard. Him or Melo IMO

    I think he should certainly make it. He's been consistent and one of the top forwards out West all season. Him being on the best team in the NBA should help. I mean...if KG, Pierce and Allen can get in last year...why not Kobe and Pau this year?

    Gasol will make it off the strength he is the second best player on the best team (or second/third, I haven't checked the standings lately).

    He definitely has the nod over Jefferson and Durant. Those guys are younger and on bad teams. They're definitely going to give it to the veteran on the better team.

    Which I think is stupid, they should be celebrating players, not oh this team is good, let's put multiple guys from that team on the all-star team. Durant and Jefferson have been playing ridiculously good this year. Gasol has been playing good too. I see him probably making it over Melo (because of injuries)

    Although I wouldn't doubt Melo making it just because of his name-value
