hmm, if you only knew how much my company has to spend on health care for the employees, you'd eat crow and hope for regulation in THAT cash cow of a market.

I think wallstreet needs less regulation . . . and really while we are at it, we should let banks do whatever the hell they want. What is the worst thing that can happen?
Well then you'll love me. Sometimes I try to pretend I'm superman and other times I try to pretend that deregulation was the problem.
I agree. Let banks loan to customers who they believe can actually repay their loans. Don't have Congress pressure them into making loans to people who have no hope of paying it back. Furthermore, let them know that if they fail, there will be no bailout for them. If you want to see a bank act responsibly, let them know they're responsible for their own future with no handouts.
