Maybe we can just leave them on the tarmac for four hours. Say there are no customs agents available, and send them back to LA.

Well Bobcats > Lakers...they have owned us for years....good thing they arent a playoff team.

I would be very surprised if Wallace played tomorrow. He had a bad back before the game even started and now a shot to his ribs with an elbow.

    this is GREAT news!
    #1- Lakers lose..always a plus
#2- Double OT..win or lose, the more hoops you play on the 1st of a back to back is great for us
#3- They won, the odds of them winning any games on this road trip were slim, now they got the 1 win out of the way
#4- They could be ripe for an emotional let down

Gerald Wallace might apparently have suffered a pneumothorax (collapsed lung). whoa. Taken to hospital according to Lakers' postgame.

the fact that we outplayed them in charlotte but missed 15 FTs and lost in OT should be enough to motivate us anyway.

I thought the same thing. By his logic, the Lakers and Celtics won't sniff the playoffs, right? If they can't close a game against the Bobcats?

They will be a playoff team this season. No question. But the Lakers won't have to worry about them. They're in separate conferences.

They bad part is is that they're confident, playing good basketball, and beating good teams. We have our work cut out for us. But I think we can do it. At the end of the season, we'll look back on it as a quality win.

I guess it's time for Stern to call Charlotte.

There are just some teams that don't match up well against others, regardless of record. That seems to be the case with the Bobcats and L*kers. On paper, there's no reason it should even be close in a contest between the two, but Charlotte always seems to play them well.

Honestly, I don't understand why people try to reform him. It's a waste of time. And indulging him in his silly rants is just reinforcing his negative behavior.

Wow that sucks for GW--- hope he gets better soon.

BUT on the other hand, that's great news for us, if he doesn't play AND that they played such a long gamE!
