It won't be in HD for me, since I get LeaguePass through Comcast. If anyone can explain this to me, I'd appreciate it.

There are some NBA games that have an HD version availalbe on League Pass. It is up to the TV provider to deliver the HD feeds.

Some local cable cos offer the HD feeds. Most don't. They don't have room to add any more HD channels until they upgrade their system and/or get rid of the analog channels giving them more room.

DirecTV made a huge upgrade in bandwith capability over the last couple of years (switch to MPEG4 & more sat bandwith) and show games in HD.

You can wait for you local Comcast group to upgrade, or you can switch to DirecTV if you want SOME games in HD.
