Do we make any changes? I was reading an article on www.rockets.com that interviewed Daryl Morey on this topic. He said they made small trades every year so it's likely they'll continue the trend and make a small deal this year as well. What changes do you guys think we need? If any..

The only person I consider trading is Artest, because he seems like he wants an extremely lucrative contract. I'm not going to pretend I don't have any doubts about him. It seems like he is stepping up in games against against the teams with a lot of free cap space (Utah, Warriors, Detroit, etc.) Maybe Morey is looking at deals involving him.

You can't move T-Mac without taking back some crappy contracts. He has a fat contract that comes off the books in 2010 so you have to keep him this season.

The Rockets have an easy schedule in February . 8/11 home games with 3 road games against the Bulls, Bucks, and Grizz. Tracy should be back soon and the Rockets will finally have everyone healthy for a good stretch of games.
