We don't need offense and I think he will be alright? A few injuries, doesn't mean he will be injured his whole career. To Mavsfan: I doubt he will stay a top tier defender for enother year. He is a good shooter but he isn't a good offensive player. And I bet he will be almost non-existent next year. A good defender off the bench. Is that what you want if you were trying to rebuild a team? Maybe if you already had a championship team but I'm pretty sure the Lakers could use other guys then him. Maybe Rashard Lewis.

Spurs dont have a weak position, cept Center. So there i would take Brad Miller or Marcus Camby. Camby brings some defense which the Spurs are built around, but Brad brings a big man who can step outside and hit the shot.Nazr and Rasho just take up space.

Not many teams have anything at center...it's just a fact in the NBA...like most NFL teams don't have good QB's.

Yes but we need atleast something at Center o help out Chris Bosh or else we won't be succesful in the future. I'm hoping that we can pick up Magloire when he is a free agent because I know for a fact that he really wants to play in Toronto.

Jamaal Magloire is one of the most overrated players in the NBA. Other than rebounding he does hardly anything. I'd much rather have Chris Kamen who is putting up better numbers.

Chris Bosh, definitely. Had great college opportunities down in Georgia Tech which helped him grow and mature as a dominant post player in the NBA. Great size, jumpshot, rebounding, and passing. Needs to work on bulking up and man-to-man defense.

He has an okay shot and is good on offensive putbacks. I would take him, better then nothing.

I'd say the lakers need a PF who can play good and fit in with the team more then Kwame Brown is. So I say I pick Fyre. It be good if the Lakers could bring in someone like him from the Knicks and play him at PF.

I would take Ray Allen. The Cavs need a good shooter. They tried getting some with Jones and Marshall but they don't regulary give a good offensive night. Allen would give James more freedom. I think Allen, Hughes, and James would work out nicely. James doesn't have to have the ball all of the time (I can tell because lately he has been letting other people get a turn for the game winning shot, lol) and Hughes is more of a defender than a scorer (although he can score too). He would be who I would take in a second. I was mad we didn't get him this past offseason through free agency even know I knew we wouldn't.

yeah it would have been nice if the Cavs could of picked up Ray Allen. I heard they were trying to sign him before this season along with a number of other teams but he decided to stay in Seatle as stupid as that was imo

The Rockets need alot of things- but top priority is somebody who could provide help defense for Yao.Swift is too stupid to take that role despite being the talent for it (damn I was soo wrong about him)I say DARKO. Dude is a shotblocking beast- still very young, supposed to be a hard worker to go along with great physical talents.IF we are allowed stars then- Dwight Howard (or KG or TD or Marion or AK47) alongside Yao would be downright scary!!

^Also, eddie griffin could fit that bill. I would love to have him on the Cs. If we could convince him to shoot the ball as little as possible, and tell him to focus on defense, he would be a gret compliment. He can play 3 postitions, and he's still young.

IF the sonics had Shaq, Ray allen would get so much easy shots is not even funny. Rashard lewis will definitely benefit also. Ridnour can get more alleys in to shaq. Id say this would be an underated unstoppable team that would have good chemistry. Shaq can keep the sonics guards from having to double team on post-up players all the time, because their weak centers cant hold up against good post players. The sonics guards can keep better control of the backcourt offense improving their defense. From what I said above offense will not be a problem.Shaq will only lower their FT% and greatly improve their 3pt%. Not to forget, Ridnour Ray and Rashard can light teams up offensively and they dont even have shaq. Note-I'm not talking about Ridnours scoring im talking about his ball handling and passing ability to improve offense. However, he can score also but needs to develop his shot better like nash. Those shots are his mid-range jumper and 3ptrs. Shaq's addition will free him up better too.But lets get off the fantasy crap. This ship aint happening.

^ Even if Shaq went to Seattle, it would be for about 2 years, then he would retire. For Seattle, I would say someone more along the lines of Emeka Okafor, a young guy that is decent on both ends of the court.

Seattle needs a championship NOW... hence shaq. Okafor can go swat some volleyballs...
