http://albaaa.altervista.org/watch.php?id=204 Deng is keeping us in the game. Maybe they will start trying to double Deng and create open opportunities.
Nice dunk! I hate Tyrus, so that made me smile. Deng has been starting strong lately, which is great. Too bad he can't play that way at the end of games.
Everyone playing great team ball except.....Andres Nocioni. We really need to bench this clown. I dont' want to hear anything more about how tough he is, how hard he tries. The guy is nothing more than a goon at this time. The only thing in his game at this point is the hard foul. He's a shot chucker and doesn't play defense.
We are going to lose this game due to poor freethrow shooting and just not having enough offensive power. The only one who is having a good game is Luol.
Hinrich in over Gordon in the fourth and Nocioni guarding Yao Ming. Vinny should write the book, "Losing Basketball Games for Dummies"
BG is having another subpar game, but Noc on Yao is nuts. At least give Gray the practice, that's why he's on the roster. Houston isn't about to go small to match up.
Daring the Rockets to dump it into Yao Ming by putting guys who have no chance of guarding him seemed like a bad strategy when Vinny started using it, and has turned out disastrous. Just put Aaron Gray on Yao Ming. It's really simple. The Kirk Hinrich led lineup was left in too long. Hinrich hinders ball movements because of his limitations as a player.
Gordon doesn't play defense. He's not hot, so he's doing more harm then good. Hell, even when he's hot his defense is so bad he's a negative player.
That is incorrect. Kirk Hinrich does absolutely nothing during the fourth quarter. He was statistically the worst clutch player in the NBA last season, and it doesnt' seem to have changed this season. Look at what Gordon just did. Come into the game, go on a scoring frenzy, all of a sudden we have a 6 point game. We'd be on our way to a blow out if we left Hinrich in. Just avoiding the blowout is good for team morale.
That is so completely wrong that it boggles my mind. And please don't quote me any bogus BG stats. He was 5-15 with two free throws when it counted. He hit two threes in the last two minutes when everybody stopped caring and the Rockets were up double digits.
