Clutch FTs by Lamar and some good defense on that last possession. Now we just need to get one last stop...

Come back Bynum, so we can 4-1 them.

GREAT FUCKING DEFENSE!!!! Wow, what a great stand! Gasol with the block to end the game and the Lakers win IN BOSTON!!!

We now have the BEST record in the league!

Oh yea, and we're 5-0 on this road trip now.

Holy fuck...what a great game, easily one of the best of the year I think.

In your dreams HK. Cherish these two regular season wins, it's the only thing your team is getting for this season. :ghoti:

    Wow...

Gutsy performance by our guys tonight, going into a hostile environment in Boston, and once again ending their win streak. I'm so proud of them. I think with the butt whupping we got last year, without Bynum, nobody really gave us a chance. These guys proved everyone wrong today, and proved to themselves they can take anyone. I can't wait until Bynum comes back, I don't see anyone beating us in a seven game series.

Obviously guys like Thrilla won't give us any credit at all, because the Celtics are obviously much more "superior" then us in every way, even though they lost to us without our 2nd or 3rd best player, but none of that matters. I'm just glad we got the win and proved to ourselves that we can beat anyone.

    Proud of our guys.

The Lakers have now snapped the two longest win streaks in the NBA. They snapped the Celtics 19 game win streak, which is the longest so far this season by any team, and they just snapped their 12 game win streak, which was the 2nd longest by any team.

Maybe if the Celtics had a superstar I'd be afraid of them repeating. Fortunately we're only getting better, and we've proven ourselves so far.

    What a game!!! Wow...

EVERYONE STEPPED UP AT CERTAIN POINTS!

Gasol the most consistent! Odom in the 4th and OT, Farmar to start the 3rd, and Kobe with those in your face 3's over Pierce!

Odom getting in KG's head with that booty tap LOL, Refs absolutely allowed Kobe to get raped tonight and even called him for simply looking at Rondo after that nudge WTF...

No Bynum? So far, NO PROBLEM!!!

But Cleveland is a different story LOL

The Lakers could have made this game a little less tense if they could have made their FTs tonight. Without looking at the box, I believe they hit 16/28...and we're a team that shoots 77% on the season (pretty respectable). If we're going to beat the Cavs on Sunday, that can't happen.

    That was a sick game.

Glen Davis taking 3 key shots for the Celtics in the clutch is really inexplicable.

Gasol was really feeling it for the most part, he can do a decent job on KG too.

Dude, I'm stoked for the game on Sunday. We've snapped the two longest win streaks in the NBA this year, why not snap the LeBrons 23 game home win streak? We smoked them last month, granted we had Bynum, but I still don't think they can beat us. Our team has been playing some superb basketball, even without Bynum. Gasol has really stepped it up over the last few games and Lamar had a really good game tonight. If those two can step up again, I don't know how the LeBrons can beat us.
