^Exactly. Its so funny when Celtic/Laker fans ever complain about a call as they get more calls than any other team in the NBA... They can deal with a bad call here and there when they play each other.

That's why we lead the league in technicals, the league protects us so much. :ghoti:

Technicals have nothing to do with how they call the game. Some of the members of the Celtics team are pretty arrogant and feel they are entitled to benefit from every iffy call, and constantly complain, thus where the techs come from.

Trust me, if you weren't a Boston fan and were playing against LA or Boston, you would realize how much they get away with... not that its really a reason to hate the team or the fans, as there is really nothing they can do to get the refs to give them calls or not other than complain (which they do). Its on the refs... its similar to superstar calls in my mind. But going to LA or Boston, you go in expecting to have to overcome bad officiating on top of a good home court advantage and a very good team.

Oh my God! Did a Celtics fans just complain about stars getting preferential treatment? Yeah, that's worked out horribly for you over the years. I feel your pain. [edited] :biglaugh:

Um, the foul happened before that little video. Fisher can't grab Allen, no matter what people in LA say.

Make that Cavs. The Magic aren't going to do anything with Tyronn Lue at PG.

You should change your name to Celticblind. Even if you watched the game in brail, that would not be a foul.

Would you have? Lakers on the 2nd night of a back to back, and without Bynum, and the Lakers had already won the first game (payback)....I certainly thought there was a chance, just not a great one.

You don't take many bets when there's a chance you'll lose, do you Rizzle? Sometimes it's just for the fun of it my man. Was there a really good chance I'd lose our bet, hell yes, but it was still fun. One week of humility isn't much in the way of payouts, so it doesn't bother me in the least. Sometimes you just have to hang em out there and let them blow in the wind

    My bets:

Kingspeed- I said POR wouldnt make the playoffs last year towards the end of the big winning streak
Aznzen- he said the Mavs would make it to the WCF last year
    JE- 1st Lakers/Celtics game
drexlersdad- Bynum vs Oden total stats in 1st game
    drexlersdad- I forget
NateBishop3- which team has more all stars lal vs por
Entity(coming up)- LAL vs POR game in POR, straight up

How about this... if the Celtics/Lakers meet in the finals, its a 3 week sig/avatar bet for the loser. Bet is void unless those two teams meet in the finals. Any further (major) injuries to either team also voids the bet.

Sounds good except for the injuries part. What is a major injury? If they both come in to the series healthy then its on no matter what from that point(i say yes)? What is it is an injury from a previous series that lingers and you know a player isnt close to 100%, or do you have to miss a game in the finals due to that injury for it to matter? Im down for the bet but I want to get the terms straight.
