If we go undefeated this entire road trip, without Bynum, winning against Boston and Cleveland in a row, I will go crazy... I too cannot wait for the game. I wish it was tomorrow. lol. I don't care about a triple back to back shit. We're still gonna beat them, I'm this confident.
Im expecting a loss (realistic)... The Celtics disappointed me in how they played us, i thought they were gonna blow us out LOL Anyway, the Cavs will be more relentless to avenge that blowout loss to the Lakers in staples. Yes, Kobe was able to stop LeBron but only in the perimeter, it was Bynum who stopped LeBron's drives to the basket. And Ilgauskas didn't play in that game enabling Bynum to get some easy putbacks. The Lakers will be the major underdog heading into this game but im very interested to see how we respond. I also see Kobe struggling again from the floor as will LeBron, but this time around LeBrick will get more assists. (thats just me LOL) Of course i'd gladly accept a W, but going 5-1 in this road trip is still an A in my book.
With how well we're playing right now, I can't imagine a loss. Pau has been a freaking beast since Bynum went down and Kobe has been great as well. I think as long as Odom steps up and we get some solid production from the bench, we can give Cleveland their first home loss of the season.
Phil starting the mind games already. http://www.latimes.com/sports/la-sp-lakers-cavaliers7-2009feb07,0,7068828.story
