http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2009/basketball/nba/02/06/cavs.williams.ap/index.html I wonder if Mo will gather some motivation out of being snubbed for the AS game, which could improve his play and help the Cavs for the rest of the season and playoffs. Wouldn't want that, huh LeBron and Gibson? Morons.
Maybe the players and the teams value the All-Star more than myself, but I don't really see how not being selected to this event should diminish what Mo is doing on the basketball court.
Mo should be on the all star team without a question.......if the Hornets, Lakers, Spurs, Magic, Suns and Celtics get 2 or 3 players on the team, there is no reason why the team who could have the best record in the league come Sunday doesn't deserve 2.................this is partly why I think all star voting should be taken out of the hands of the fans, because there is no way in hell Allen Iverson should be near an all star team this season......my allstar picks are based on who "deserves" it and they went like this WEST PG - Paul SG - Kobe SF - Melo PF - Duncan C - Yao EAST PG - Mo SG - Wade SF - James PF - KG C - Howard
I'm actually kind of pissed that KG is a starter. If he was tagged as a reserve, I think he would be on quite the mean streak for now and the forseeable future.
Mo Williams finally got what he deserved, and he showed that he really deserved it with a 44 pt game against the Suns!
