Players go through bad stretches, should we bench them all? Bynum went through a terrible stretch in the middle of the seaosn, but we stuck with him in the starting lineup and didn't revert to Odom and Gasol as our starting bigs. If we would've benched Bynum, we would have shattered his confidence. I just wish we knew why Radman was benched and then completely taken out of the lineup. But like I said, I don't care that we traded him because I think AMMO can spread the floor with us. I hope Phil gives him the PT to try and prove it. In the triangle, AMMO is perfect. Kobe loves the kid for his hard work, so I'm expecting him to turn out to be a good role player.
Now that Radman is gone you'll here more about the reasons he was in Phil's doghouse. I'm not sure why Luke gets the amount of PT and admiration from PJax he does and I also find it annoying. It pissed me off when Luke is on the court late in games and Trevor is on the bench. I'm hoping the rumors are true about the Lakers unveiling a different rotation after the All-Star Break with Trevor being featured more. Another rumor which has come out lately is the Lakers are trying to send a message to Trevor's agent to negotiate a cheaper deal next summer. They obviously want to re-sign him, but they don't want to overpay. Similar shit took place when Caron Butler was here. The Lakers tried to low-ball him and ultimately ended up dealing him to the Wizards. Hopefully they learned from that mistake. One positive for Ariza is Tex Winters is a big fan of his game.
Damn, you guys are cold. Happy Trails Radman, gonna miss ya, wish you the best in Charlotte and wherever else you go.
I'll miss Vladrad. He's a funny guy, one of the weirdest people I've seen in the NBA. I heard Vlad was missing practice, getting up late because of his alarm clock or something, which pissed off Phil. I guess that's part of the reason why he was benched. Another part is because he zones out a lot on the court which pisses the hell out of Phil. lol. I'm not a big fan of Vlad, I just preferred him over Luke. I wish we could've traded Luke instead of Vlad, but one of them had to go.
This will be Larry Brown after a couple of games with Vladrad. He's gonna be on the trading block again soon, just watch. Larry Brown is destroying the Bobcats.
