Ditto, but couldn't you feel the pull from this forum during the peaks and valleys in today's win? I really thought that after the loss in OKC that the Blazers would come our and crush New York, guess that is why they play all 82 games prior to the playoffs.
I believe I'll have lost a year of my life when I die due to the emotional investment I sometimes have on Blazer games. And it'll have been well-worth the sacrifice if we win A championship. Otherwise, I will have to kill someone.
Cracks me up how many posters give up on the team, scream trade, and go shoot their dog every game we're down at halftime. Personally, winning from behind is always more heroic and entertaining for me. Watching one team toy with an inferior team bores the bejeezes out of me.
Exacty, I almost didn't go to the game tonight because I felt it would be a blowout. I love a close game (that we win) and that was super exciting! That is my first buzzer beater and I have had season tix for a couple years now and have been to countless games. I missed the Rockets game earlier in the season... But I think this was better as Roy had 4 seconds, drove from half court to the hoop in traffic hands hacking and had his will with the ball teetering on the rim dropping as time expired. It was fan-fucking-tastic to be there and witness!
