Kenny Smith once thought he should start over Sam Cassel too. I think we know how that turned out. :biglaugh:

Yes, but Dallas and Portland have near the same records. We're both competing for a playoff spot so the head to head games really matter.

We are not competing with Boston for the best record in the league. Nor are we competing with the Clippers for the worst record in the league.

    Learn the game, then post.

Kenny DID hit the game tying three in Game 1 of the 1995 NBA Finals that completely set the tone for the rest of the series. Of course, Cassell hit the game winning shot in Game 3 (was it 3?) of the 1994 NBA Finals.

Remember when KP coached Ha and Co. to a highly entertaining season-ending win over the Lakers?

I will always regret missing that game. What a great boxscore. They should put it on ESPN Classic.

Man, I remember that game. It was freaking awesome. It was a close game, but what a total surprise that we won. I remember thinking we had no shot because our team was so crappy, but something magical happened and our 3 rookies- Telfair, Khryapa, and Ha- all played out of their minds. Outlaw wasn't too bad himself either. In the 4th quarter, Telfair had that sick no-look, behind the back pass to Ha, who dunked it. Victor was playing some great D on Kobe. I thought Telfair would be our future point guard and Ha would be our future center.

Good thing Oden is now our starting center and not Ha. That would be disastorous.

I just heard Kenny invent the word..."differingler."

In context he said... "the thing they are trying to do differingler..."

I'll stand by my earlier post that he's not the sharpest tool in the shed

maybe that we're not playing very well right now and unless we step it up we'll probalby just back into the playoffs by default because the suns tanked and the jazz are injured?

This is common misconception. God is wise and knew Moses could not carry all the tablets. The other 90 were on a USB memory stick. They just did not have the technology to read it.

I heard that it was on a Zip disc. We only had the technology to read that for about four years, and even if we were to rediscover the actual disc, no one would have a drive to access it any more :(

I actually have a zip drive around here somewhere. Someplace between the hand-held scanner and one of them 8'' floppy drives.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I also have one next to my Betamax VCR, mini-disc player and computer tape drive.

They're going to get adopted by the mainstream one day. Just wait for it...

Nothing wrong with hanging on to your mini-discs...
