I still think this deserves some recognition even though we all know that LBJ will replace Kobe in all of the "youngest to" honors he has LOL (because of the NBA lockout and Kobe's unproductive rookie season due to Del Harris!)

    Anyway, Congrats to Kobe!!!

    Lol, congrats Kobe.

LeBron will have it eventually, though.

Congrats to Kobe. I fully expect LeBron to break this in the next few years though, unless he has some freak injury happen to him. And as much as I loathe him, the NBA can't really afford to have him blow a knee out or anything crazy like that.

The only reason I knew about it was because of Sportscenter, they mentioned it a time or three.

LeBron needs to get a lockout season of his own (2011 might be a lockout season due to the current economic recession) and needs to disappear for a year or average 8ppg for 1 full season for Kobe to retain 1 or 2 of his "youngest to" awards.

Kobe's the type of guy that might last longer when his career is over though. LeBron's game is so physical, he could suffer some injury and then come up just short. I'll wait and see before I crown anyone. :)

That is a reach, imo, HK.

LeBron is verey intelligent, when he feels like his body can't take the beating, he'll adjust his game just like Kobe did.

Well, with the way he goes to the hoop with such reckless abandon right now, it's somewhat shocking he hasn't been hurt yet. Regardless, at some point he needs to add a consistent jump shot to his repertoire if he has intentions on being effective well in to his 30s.
