Like that a lot for the Raptors. Think it's garbage for the Heat

Yeah, bad trade for the Heat, but Marion wasn't happy so I think they feel hey had to trade him.

Since they just aquired a big man (albeit a crappy one) does this mean that the Heat won't land Amare??? The 'Amare Clock' ticks on.

Sure, but O'Neal is going to make $23M next year. Wow.

Takes them out of the running for Gordon (for whom they reportedly offered Marion in a sign and trade along with Hughes). Guess it puts the Raptors in the running though, since they'll be well under the cap next year.

Really? I never heard they offered that. That would of been awesome. OK had interest in Gordon, though I'm not sure what their money situation is like or who we'd get from them.

Yeah, it's in the archives here. Pretty unclear what was actually going on though. I definitely wanted no part of trading Noah or getting back Marcus Banks. But I'm not sure that was what was really being talked about.

The Heat take on salary (a lot) next year but clear $5M of dead weight (banks) for 2010 .

Is Moon the best player in that deal? He has the best net +/- in the last 2 years.

On the court, I like it for both teams. Bargs can now be the Center for Raptors and both Moon and O'neil are a better fit with Beasley.

Now is the time for the Bulls to pull the trigger on Amare.
