http://www.nba.com/2009/allstar2009/02/13/colangelo.blinebury.20090213/index.html I think Kidd will be the #1 guy out of the team. no disrespect but Colangelo is right. New blood needs to constantly come in. Derrick Rose? Roy? Harris? (too early to say) I also see Boozer being replaced by a younger and better big... Amare? Al Jeff? Bynum? The next guy that comes to mind is Kobe. Even if he wants to join the team... there's a 'chance' (don't know how big) that he doesnt play in 2012 Olympics. He'll be 34 by then. Younger and Fresher legs will be asked to try - out. Depends on his performance during that time. I don't think Kobe will allow himself to get 'cut' from the team either. He just won't accept that LOL IMO Colangelo should prioritize new blood. You can't keep putting in the best of the best and they all pad their career achievements with Gold Medals, problem is, the best are so d*mn young. (LBJ, Wade, Melo, Dwight, Cp3, D Will, Bosh; there's are the guys i think are locks for London). If i were Colangelo, id find a system that would form a COMPLETELY new team (no players in the Redeem team are included) in the 2016 Olympics at the same time a very competitive team. I think Roy, Harris, Granger, Durant, Iguodala, Aldridge Bynum, Oden, Mayo? Rose? will be up for consideration come 2012 Thoughts?
^ Sorry. I edited him in along with Granger and Devin Harris LOL I just hope Team USA isnt monopolized by the original Redeem team LOL
