    Wallace played the Magic.

    Butler played the Wolves.

    Jefferson played the Pistons.

    Carter played the Rockets.

Actually I'll take any of the above. Preference or order doesn't really matter at this point.

Eh.. if I had a choice, I'd still take Caron first, Wallace second, Jefferson third and Vince fourth. Why does preference not matter now?

Any one of them would be a pretty significant upgrade.

I've actually been very surprised at the reaction many of the fans here have of Richard Jefferson. He's always been a pretty efficient player throughout his career. I think people are a little down on him because he isn't quite as flashy and big named as the other players mentioned. I would be happy with any of them, least with Vince Carter probably. We'd be lucky to Jefferson or Wallace and with an outside chance... Butler.

    I want:

    1. Butler
    2. Wallace
    3. Jefferson

I don't really want Vince, just because I don't know how he'll be at 35 making $17.5 million. I say 35 rather than 36, because he'll be an $18.9 million expiring his final season.

I looked at the boxscores and for each team they really don't have more than one back Up sF. Charlotte really doesn't have any SF's outside of Wallace. I know they list Radmanovic as one, but that is a stretch. They will hvae to have one in return

Keep in mind that this was Wallace's first game back since the rib/lung injury. He's gonna be a little rusty for a game or two.

I'm a little concerned about RJeff's history of injuries.

Games played in order of season...

No doubt. I'm not bashing the guy, I just thought it was interesting that all four played tonight, and I wanted to post their boxscores for a little perspective.

While it is interesting, and I enjoy reading about the possibilities of the trade deadline as much as the next human, I think all this talk may be setting some up for disapointment. Something may go down, but I don't think it is a certainty like a lot of people seem to be thinking. We may end the second half of the season with the same people as we started. Just keep that in mind.

Butler in the last five years:
77/75/63/58 and five missed games this year

Wallace in the last five years:
70/55/72/62 and 11 games missed so far this year

    Injuries happen.

He's had two semi injured seasons. The 55 and the 33. (The other 55 is this year which is ongoing.)

    That's a pretty good history.

I wish I didn't have a preference, but I really want Wallace or Butler. I don't want Jefferson or Carter, as I think they're too old...among other things.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I would be okay with Jefferson, I guess. To this point, I didn't want Portland to trade RLEC/Outlaw for him, because I felt Portland could get more. If that proves not to be the case, sure, bring on Golden Child.

    Caron Butler
    Gerald Wallace

    Vince Carter

    Richard Jefferson

That's my order of preference, with drop-offs in desirability as indicated. But I'll be somewhat intrigued by any of them.
