    This is intesne... it feels like everything is going down right now. I don't want to leave my computer right now, I'm just refreshing my page.

    Does he make less than Ike? Maybe we are trying to adjust our salary or something as part of a bigger trade... IDK. If we really did trade Ike for ruffin, I actually think that means something is probably going down rather than not.

    maybe we somehow take on less salary by swapping Ruffin with Ike, freeing us up to take on a bad contract along with a badass SF? trade exceptions?

    All I know is that Ike for Ruffin doesn't work under the cap.

    It's either part of a bigger deal, or there is a TE involved coming to Portland


    All I know is this better not be KP's big move

    Just throwing an idea out there--a straight Hinrich for LaFrentz swap doesn't work, but if you throw in Ruffin it does.

    there has got to be something bigger to this.

    what i wanna know is.... how does the whole trading a player twice work? I think you can trade a player again within 48 hours to another team. I mean sheed got traded again after our deal with the hawks.

    A player can't be traded with other players for a few months after the initial trade.

    As I recall, Sheed was traded alone.
