Suppose NJ refuse to give up Carter unless they get Rudy - I wouldn't do that. Supposedly the Clippers are shopping Baron Davis around, and probably would give him up for just cap relief. Would you do that? I'd be intrigued. He's had some big assist games lately, and when he's good, he's very very good. And I think he'd be motivated. He'd be more of an upgrade at PG than Carter would be at SF...

It's only a matter of time before Baron has back problems or has some other injury.

I don't think KP even wants VC. He just fucking with Thorn because he has been screwed by him before in trades. He will wait until the deadline and make a different trade he already has setup and it will be to late for Thorn to do anything. Let him live with VC and his huge contract.

Davis's contract is truly very, very bad.

    I think I'd pass.

It's also uninsured, so when his back and/or knees go out, we pay full boat.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I read this earlier and found it funny:

"The Los Angeles Clippers, who since training camp have regretted signing Baron Davis to a five-year, $65 million deal, have tried to get involved, proposing a three-team move that would send Davis to Houston, McGrady to New Jersey and Carter to LA. But no one but the Clippers liked that deal."

    Ouch.
