Our playoff contender Houston Rockets just got weaker as T-mac is going to have surgery on his knee. He is out for the rest of the season. This will help us in the playoff seeding as we play them again soon.
Yeah, because Houston sure has been struggling winning five out of their last seven games by an average of 15.8 points. -Pop
Yea I always love it when my teams gets into the playoffs because of another team stinking, rather than my team playing well. Isn't that always the way to get into the playoffs on a roll?
Meanwhile, Oden is out tomorrow and Sunday most likely, PHX could be improved just by reverting to their previous fast break style, and Utah is getting healthy. So as one supposedly gets weaker, two get stronger. 4th seed, we have a shot at getting to the second round. 8th seed, we get to deal with laker trolls all summer.
Yep. Can't have enough 41% shooting PGs who shoot less than 25% on 3s. Memphis got what looks to be a very low first-round draft pick for Kyle Lowry and a player still to be named. That is freaking hilarious to me.
Lowry plays MUCH better defense than Brooks does. Brooks is a chucker that gets abused on the defensive end. Let's see, wasn't alston starting? How are his shooting %'s? Hmmmm....that would be 38% from FG and 34% from 3.
Agreed. I'd hate to make it or hope to get into the playoffs depending on other teams tanking at the end of the year. We need to get in because we deserve and earn it. I think this might put some added pressure on the team to now go out and make the playoffs. If they don't, then there will be no doubt people will look at the trade deadline and a missed opportunity..
