That Randolph kid was pretty damn incredible and did remind me of Odom.

I wish Odom would set his goals high all the time.

can you imagine Golden State in 3 years with Randolph and Wright if those two live up to their potential?

    scary.

depends on who's coaching their team. randolph can't let all this get to his head either and needs the right mentor around him to develop his skills.

word. i see a little bit of bosh in randolph but with a little more more explosiveness and handle. i think he has greater upside than Wright, but may not be the same presence on D.

Really? Wright is the one whose game, IMO, resembles Bosh (if he can live up to his potential).

Randolph's got talent, but I don't think he has a position. Maybe he fills out enough to play 4 (for any coach other than Nellie), but I'm not sure that will happen. To me, his future is at 3. I see some similarity to Odom, but more athletic and better defensively, not as skilled offensively.

To me, he's a punk. Do you see several times last night after hitting a shot, he stood there with his hand in the air. You're 19 years old, show some respect. Maybe he'll be a star someday, but he's not there yet. Against Houston earlier in the year, he had a powerful dunk on Yao, celebrated (showing Yao up), got a T, then was abused the rest of the game. That led to him sitting on the bench in Nellie's doghouse for weeks. He fired his agent becuase he wants his agent to be "more aggressive" in convinving Nellie to give him minutes. He had a good game but he needs to drop the attitude and just play.

I think Wright is the guy I'd want to keep. If the Ws could upgrade PG or PF by trading away Randolph, I'd definately want them to do it. He just seems to me like a guy who will be a good player on a losing team his whole career (ala Maggette).

well, i never said Wright's game wasn't like Bosh's. in fact, Wright and Randolph are similar minus the attitude problem.
