The suns will lose to them. The Nuggets are definitely better than them without Garnett in my opinion. I'm not TO worried about PHX anymore w/o their best player (in my opinion with Steve gettin' older)

Don't be so sure. I hope you're right and I definitely think they are weaker without Amare, but they can certainly still score.

Yeah, I really gotta have a little bit to scout them w/o Amare, but that is a serious hit. Their new coach will help, but I think they are on a honeymoon period with him and they won't be putting that kind of offensive output soon. They may also be demoralized with the news of Amare out possibly the rest of the year. We will see.

As for the Nuggets, man... they are good. They will be fighting for the 2nd spot and possibly win it with Many out 3ish weeks now. That team scares the shit out of me.

We are something like 10-2 or 11-2 without him, and some of the wins have been against good teams.

That's what happens when you take the opportunity to dramatically improve an area of need via a trade. Chauncey has turned that team around all by himself.

He's helped, but a big factor people overlook for that team's success has been the play of Nene. He's been a super-solid double double machine that keeps the defense in check. Without him, they wouldn't be a top-5 seed in the west.

Nene finally being healthy has definitely helped. He's a tremendous talent and a physical freak. Sadly, I spend much of the year in Denver, so I see the Thuggets much more than I'd like. And the difference between the AI Nuggets and the Billups Nuggets are night and day.

Injuries happen. It doesn't matter. You have to control your own destiny. It's all about how you play. Not about how they play.

I wish that were true. But something tells me we will end up dropping some games we shouldn't in the coming weeks and hoping other playoff contenders do as well, so we don't lose our foothold in the top 8.
