That was their speculation, based on ... their speculation.

Who knows, he might need to get it scoped and cleaned up, but let's hold off on the necktie party until Monday when the doctors actually monitoring him say something, instead of two radio jocks.

Sorry to all the debbie downers on here champing at the bit to go ape shit and meltdown next week, but sadly Jason Quick just reported on the pre-game show that Jay Jensen said there has been improvement in Greg's knee. It pains me to bring you this bad news, as I'm sure you had a 1500 word essay locked and loaded decrying the Oden pick.

In fairness, a loose bone chip in the knee joint is not a joke. If he can avoid getting scoped until after the season - great. Still, you can't blame people for being worried.

This is more than knee-jerk "Oden is injury prone." Do you think folks wouldn't fret if this happened to Roy?

Hey I'll even freely admit that the injuries are frustrating, and a whole lot hinges on this one guy staying healthy and putting it altogether -- and there could be more bad news despite, some noticed improvement at this evening's shoot-around -- but I just think it's a huge waste of energy and time to fret over things that are ultimately out of the control of the team or a player.

On the other hand, bitching about effort, fouls, his head not being in the game, those are all fair game to me.

Look out, it's the KP jock rider. Give it a rest dude, it was my OPINION! You guys are so damn quick to jump on anyone that actually has a difference of opinion then you.:NOTMARIS:

I've been to the games, Oden looks slow and out of shape just about everytime he's out there. I'm 10 rows from the floor when I attend, it's so damn obvious they guy has issues. The guy is injury prone, in my OPINION. I never said I didn't think he wouldn't ever be a good player, I just stated the Durant seems to be showing that he probably was the better pick.

No problem. I just hit the "save" button and will unleash it at the next opportunity. You, sir, have not won - only delaying the inevitable.

    You're exact words were

Basically you implied that you knew Durant was the better pick.
