If the Blazers are looking to use their free agent dollars this summer on a PG and the 3 that they could get are Kidd, Miller or Bibby, which one would you want them to sign?

My vote would be Miller. I think he plays good D, which we need in a 1 and he seems to be pretty consistent on O. Bibby had a pretty nice game tonight though and when he is dropping in those 3's, he's difficult to guard. I think he makes too many mistakes and takes some bad shots. His D doesn't appear to be good either. As for Kidd, he plays good D, passes very well, but he can't shoot.

None, It's not the summer. Quite making me depressed that we still got the rainy season to go.

    Sessions! Okay, he's probably unattainable.

If they can't get him, Miller would be a nice bridge to Bayless.

One shooter and two defenders. Tough call, because while I think the quality of these guys are Kidd/Miller/Bibby in that order, that's also how they're ordered by age. Miller would be the balance between quality vs age. I would choose his defense despite his outside shooting deficiencies because we have plenty of shooting. Besides, his two-point play has been very adequate.

I'd probably go with Miller; he's a great floor general and can get the ball to people, he can break down a defense, and he's got a big enough body to avoid getting posted up by bigger guards and does a decent job defensively -- I know his 3 pt shooting is pretty awful, but his midrange jumper is good which still makes him a threat to more than just pass or drive.

I'm with Minstrel; a good "bridge" point guard until Bayless is ready to take over in a year or two.

of those 3, I like Bibby... I think Josh Childress is more likely though

Yuck. I would take Miller out of those three choices, but I wouldn't be jumping up and down with glee. Kidd second. I wouldn't touch Bibby with a 10 foot pole.

Just hope that Kidd doesn't decide to go ring chasing and sign a cheap deal for the vet minimum with Cleveland or worse...Lakers. Kidd/Kobe/Ariza/Gasol/Bynum. Damn.

But at the same time, Miller has the same effect that Billups did this year in Denver. When Miller went to Denver they played better. When he went to the 76ers they improved. He led the league in assists playing for the Cavs....and who exactly was he passing to?

With them all getting up in age, I don't have a huge problem with any of them depending on the contract amount and length.

Miller would be ideal, I think.

We will be under the cap so we can pull off trades that don't have to match salaries wise so I think we have more options then that.
