    Ya, the guy who filed the lawsuit is known for this kind of thing. He has also tried to sue Barry Bonds, Martha Stewart, Jeff Gordan, G.W. Bush, James Hoffa, Plato, Nostradamus, the Eiffel Tower, the entire Three Mile Island, and Hank Aaron's bat, among others.
