Both of them have come 2nd in MVP voting as a Heat.(Zo in 1999, Shaq in 2005) Shaq's been on two All NBA 1st Teams to Mournings one. I think when Shaq will take the Center spot when he retires as a Heat.

Glen Rice is the All-Time Leading scorer in Miami Heat History. He went to U of M! He won a title there, and is a great 3-Ball shooter.Alonzo Mourning is the great center that played for Miami for most of his career. He's a Heat right now too.
