Wikipedia'ed him and it seems he's a combo guard. Good size at 6-3, 185, but I don't know how much of an impact he'd have. Also unsure about the credibility of this report.

He plays for TAU Ceramica, which if I'm not mistaken was Scola's team in Spain.

    It was.

That's alot of money for this guy. Marc Gasol is getting paid 3 years/10 million and he went to the NBA the year after he won MVP of the ACB. Marc is younger too if I'm not mistaken?

^T-Mac is irreplaceable. He will always be remembered as that guy who had his moment at the top, never won anything, and faded into the dark.

Is he Israeli? The guy can play basketball.

    Serbian.

Btw, Lior Eliyahu, our second round pick from a couple years back, is Isreali and he was Euroleague MVP of the month just a while ago. We could give him a look this summer. Solid scorer at 6-9, could be a Nachbar.

    Rakocevic is a great player.

Nachbar isn't the right comparison in Eliyahu's case, Locke. Nachbar is a pretty damn good shooter...Eliyahu's range extends out to around the free throw line. He's a solid player with potential. Very good scorer, just not a good shooter. Rumor has it that he has an offer of 4 million euros/4 years from TAU Ceramica (Spain) which he is considering. His contract ends this summer. Unless the Rockets give him an indication that he will definitely make the 12 man roster and get some minutes, you can bet that he'll take the offer from TAU.

Thanks for the Eliyahu info. So he's more of a post guy? I remember when Houston got him the word was that he was a finesse player.

How does he get the majority of his points?

Oh, he's definitely finesse. He gets nearly all of his points on drives to the basket from around mid-range. He's a very, very good finisher and has a variety of moves. He's gotten stronger since the Rockets drafted him and can post up once in a while, but won't be able to against NBA big men.
