Wow, that is embarrassing.

 

I feel bad for CB4, he doesnt really get a lot of respect sometimes. The dude is still a good player, hes just having a tough season.

 

I don't know why, but at some point Bosh broke out of his usual professional shell and began speaking out. I guess you could link it to a frustration with the complete failure of Colangelo's plan this season. But I personally have disliked this change in personality. Don't get me wrong, Bosh should speak out on matters related to this team, by virtue of his leadership status. But this outspokenness this year has been shortsighted, often blaming others while completely neglecting to acknowledge his own failures or weaknesses. He had the right to be upset with the officiating Friday night: there were bad calls all around. But was that really where the post-game focus should have been? How about Bosh's terrible help defense or shaky rebounding? He should be getting on himself before he calls out his teammates, and critiquing his teammates before he criticizes the officiating/opposition/home crowd.

If this ridiculously embarassing incident (seriously, Shaq has the habit of creating nicknames that stick with a player/team their entire career) humbles Bosh a bit and forces him to engage in a little self-reflection, I'll be thankful for it.
