    Some people will do anything to avoid playing for the Lions or Raiders....I am pretty sure the teams would get a cap refund, but not until the next year, and in this case, there is no cap scheduled for next year....I do not know how the league would handle that scenario....hopefully, they show up and the situation never comes to fruition....
