I don't see whats cutting edge about this, they are simply coming out with their version of two things that are are already pretty common.
Wireless, hassle-free backup, IF they can make it fast and reliable (unlike, reportedly, the current versions of Time Capsule), would be huge.
don't tell me that. I have a time capsule I need to set up at work. bleh. I use Jungledisk. need your shit offsite yo! might get carbonite instead since I'm paying about 4-5 bucks a month though.
I just read the review of their previous NAS device and it's good not great. If they're coming out with something truly groundbreaking based upon this concept, it could be very interesting. (It's more than just a wifi router).
