    Does anyone know anything about this guy Erik Pears? Hes only 26 and was put on injured reserve last season for an appendectomy but in 2007 he started all 16 games at RT for the broncos. Also started 10 games at LT in 2006. Apparently he can play T in a zone blocking scheme but is he starting caliber? I like this move if this guy is a solid starting RT.
