    I like the Logo in teh background but you can barely see it.

    The bg could be smoother, font choice could be better, text and it's placement are pretty bad, the pic and it's effect look pretty bad. It could be a lot better. If you change the things that can easily be fixed, it would look a lot better.btw: it's Allan Ray, not Allen Ray.
